Guidelines for stallholders and speakers at Council presented and supported festivals and events

Consultation closing on 29 August 2018

Carols in Jells Park

Council is currently updating its guidelines for stallholders and speakers at Monash events and festivals. These revised guidelines are a modification of the Guidelines for Stallholders and Speakers at Monash Council Presented Events and Festivals that are currently in use as part of the application process for festivals and events.

As part of this process, we are seeking feedback from the community and from stallholders who took part in our festival and events in 2017 to inform our future position on the participation of sitting member politicians and political parties in the upcoming events and festivals program.

Council presents and supports a number of events each year.

Some of the festivals Council presents and supports are:

  • Carols by Candlelight
  • Ashwood/Chadstone Family Fun Day
  • Clayton Festival
  • Chinese New Year
  • Glendi
  • Live at Warrawee
