Notice of Intention to Sell Land, adjacent to 54, 56, and 59-61 Bales Street (Mount Waverley)

Consultation closing on 26 April 2019

Monash Council gives notice under Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989, of its intention to sell land by private treaty being part of the former road adjacent to 54, 56, and 59-61 Bales Street, Mount Waverley, as shown on the below plan, to the adjoining owners.

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Act, any person wishing to make a submission on the proposal must do so in writing before Friday 26 April 2019

Submissions may be mailed to PO Box 1, Glen Waverley 3150 or emailed to mail@monash.vic.gov.au.

Submitters may request to speak to their submission (or have a person speak on their behalf) at a meeting of a Committee of Council comprising of Mount Waverley Ward Councillors at a time and date to be fixed. 

Council will consider every submission before deciding whether to sell the land.
