Notice of Intention to Sell Land, adjacent to 1-3 Dunstan Rd and 2-6 Faulkiner St (Clayton)

Consultation closing on 11 April 2018

Council gives notice under Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989, of its intention sell by private treaty part of the former road adjacent to 1-3 Dunstan Rd and 2-6 Faulkiner St, Clayton as shown on the plan, to the adjoining owners.

Pursuant to section 223 of the Local Government Act, any person wishing to make a submission on the proposal must do so in writing before Wednesday 11 April 2018.

Submissions quoting reference number TRAF53 can be mailed to PO Box 1, Glen Waverley 3150 or emailed to mail@monash.vic.gov.au.

Submitters may request to speak to their submission (or have a person speak on their behalf) at a meeting of a Committee of Council comprising Oakleigh Ward Councillors at 7.30pm, on Tuesday 22 May 2018.

Council will consider every submission received before deciding whether to sell the land.
