Notice of Intention to Sell Land, adjacent to 3 Montrose St and 4 Reid St (Ashwood)

Consultation closing on 05 April 2018

Monash Council gives notice under Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989, of its intention to sell by private treaty part of the former road adjacent to 3 Montrose St & 4 Reid St, Ashwood (as shown shaded on the plan), to the adjoining owners who currently occupy the land.

Pursuant to section 223 of the Local Government Act, any person wishing to make a submission on the proposal must do so in writing before Friday 6 April 2018.

Submissions quoting reference number TRAF32 can be mailed to PO Box 1, Glen Waverley 3150 or emailed to mail@monash.vic.gov.au.

Submitters may request to speak to their submission (or have a person speak on their behalf) at a meeting of a Committee of Council, comprising of Mt Waverley Ward Councillors at 7.30pm, on Tuesday 17 April 2018.

Council will consider every submission received before deciding whether to sell the land.
