Council is seeking community feedback on a proposal for 80 dwellings at 855-869 Ferntree Gully Road, Wheelers Hill (the former gym site).
Please note: this is a separate proposal by a different applicant for this site. The previous application was withdrawn and the land was sold to new owners.
Feedback is formally sought by Tuesday 18 September 2018. However, Council will continue to accept submissions on this proposal up until it makes a decision.
The applicant, PLC Consulting, proposes a $23 million development that includes:

- Dwelling mix comprises 61 x 3 bedroom dwellings and 19 x 4 bedroom dwellings, each provided with two car spaces
- A total of 18 visitor car spaces provided on site
- All vehicle access to the development will be from the existing crossover opening to Jells Road. No vehicle access is proposed from Ferntree Gully Road
