What to do in an emergency
This Plan combines all the areas within Council and the community that help define a healthy city.
An Access Through Reserves Permit is required for all circumstances where a property owner and/or their contractor require access to private property through an adjoining Council Reserve or Property for building works or similar.

The Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 requires businesses engaged in the Hairdressing, Beauty Treatments,Waxing, Manicures, Pedicures, Facials. Skin Penetration Procedures, Ear Piercing, Body Piercing, Electrolysis, Tattooing to be registered.
