Changes to Customer Service Counters

Due to impacts from COVID on our staff resources, Council's Customer Service Counters will operate at reduced hours. 

The growing number of COVID cases is impacting on many services state-wide and we are also feeling these impacts in Monash.

In these challenging times, we are all doing our best to once again adapt and we appreciate your support as we do so.

We will continue to keep our community updated on any changes to our services during this time. 

From 12 January 2022

Customer Service Counters at the Monash Civic Centre (293 Springvale Road Glen Waverley) and the Oakleigh Service Centre (3 Atherton Road) will be open Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm.

The Call Centre will continue to operate from 8.15am-5.15pm, however calls made between 1pm-2pm will be connected and responded to by Council's external call centre contractor. 

From 10 January 2022

Customer Service Counters at the Monash Civic Centre (293 Springvale Road Glen Waverley) and the Oakleigh Service Centre (3 Atherton Road) will be open Monday to Friday, 9am-3.30pm. The Oakleigh Service Centre will also be closed to the public from 1pm-2pm, Monday to Friday.
