It’s that time of the year again to sign up for the 10,000 steps challenge.
Starting Monday 5 October for four weeks, you or a team of friends and family can join the challenge and log your steps each day. 10,000 steps is about setting personal bests and achieving stepping goals, whatever they may be.
You can even compete against other local teams within Monash to motivate your team!

Continuing to be active during this difficult time is important, but it can be very challenging. By signing up you will receive continued ideas on how to motivate yourself to get up and about, whether it be tips to keep active and productive whilst working from home, or using your exercise time outside to the fullest.
Remember in Second Step restrictions in Metropolitan Melbourne, you must stay within 5km of your house or workplace when out for exercise and for a limit of two hours a day.
