Notice of Intention to Sell Land - 64 Golf Links Avenue

Monash Council (Council) gives notice under Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 (the Act) of its intention to sell an 11m2 parcel of land situated at the rear of 64 Golf Links Avenue and 23 Best Street, Oakleigh, being lot 13 on TP023758V comprised in Certificate of Title volume 11654 Folio 925 (the Land) by private treaty to the adjoining landowner at 64 Golf Links Avenue, Oakleigh.

Pursuant to section 223 of the Act, any person wishing to make a submission on the above proposal must do so in writing to the undersigned on or before 5pm on Friday 5 March 2021 and quote reference F16-109104.

Persons making a submission may request to be heard in person (or have a person appear on their behalf in support of their submission) at a meeting of a Committee of Council comprising the Oakleigh Ward Councillors and the Mayor at a time and date to be fixed.

Submissions can be mailed to Monash Council, PO Box 1, Glen Waverley, 3150 or emailed to mail@monash.vic.gov.au.

All submissions will be considered in accordance with Section 223 of the Act. Following consideration of any submissions, Council may resolve to proceed with the Proposal or not.
