The annual end-of-year ‘pulse’ community satisfaction survey for Monash is underway.
This telephone survey, conducted by JWS Research on behalf of Council, is a way to find out how well we are performing in certain areas.
The Victorian State Government requires all councils in Victoria to do community satisfaction surveys. You can find out more about this on the ‘Know Your Council’ website.
We conduct this survey twice per year, and have commissioned JWS Research to do 400 telephone interviews.
Council does not provide residents’ telephone numbers. The numbers dialled are chosen at random from available directories.
Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous and JWS Research won’t ask for names or addresses. Your phone number is not kept with your data.
