Parking Permits Online Service Request/ Payments Contact us online Our offices What to do in an emergency
To apply for a disabled parking permit, you must read the conditions below and fill in the application form. You must then give it to a medical practitioner to complete. They must send it to us at Monash Council, P.O. Box 1, Glen Waverley.
Disabled parking permits are valid anywhere in Australia. A driver using the permit must be either the permit holder or someone parking the vehicle for the permit holder to drop them off or pick them up. Disabled parking permits are free of charge.
Organisations may apply for more than one permit using the form for organisations below. We send reminders for you to re-apply for your disabled permits before they expire.
