Council sought community views on proposed Amendment C136 to the Monash Planning Scheme.
We did not receive any submissions as part of the community consultation.
The land affected by this amendment is located at 161-169 and 171 Jells Road, Wheelers Hill.
The Amendment proposes to:
- Modify the existing Schedule 5 to the Design and Development Overlay to provide an exemption to the mandatory setback controls to allow for a covered walkway to be constructed between the two sites at 161-169, and 171 Jells Road, Wheelers Hill.

Adoption of Amendment
Amendment C136 to the Monash Planning Scheme was adopted by Council at its 30 January 2018 meeting.
