Care to Share

Child in green smock

Tuesday 23 February 2021, 10am - 11am

Friday 26 February 2021, 10am - 11am

Saturday 27 February 2021, 1pm - 2pm

Pre and school aged children learn techniques to freely express their feelings by 'painting them' in these warm, supportive workshops.

Using colour, children and accompanying adults are encouraged to visualise the colour of their emotions in a non-judgemental environment.

Art materials will be collected and the finished work will be displayed in the Clayton Community Centre.

The final paintings will be pieced together to create a Care and Share exhibition, a collective artwork for and by the local children.

Materials required: Once you have booked your workshop, you will be able to pick up your workshop pack from the Monash Council Civic Centre or the Clayton Library prior to the workshop.

Caregivers: Please ensure you child has a ‘makeshift paintbrush’. This could be a paint brush, chopsticks, spatula, a flower, a cotton bud, or even your own hands!
