Council is proposing to build a library of the future in Glen Waverley, on the Central Car Park site.
The aim is to create a central public square in Glen Waverley with a modern state-of-the art library, more car parking and some private development to offset costs. To find out more, read this media release: plans to be progressed for new community precinct.
The Monash Federation Centre is the home of the Oakleigh & District Historical Society and the Monash Public Library Service's local history collections.
The Centre is staffed by the Monash Public Library Service and is open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
