Pathways for Carers Walks in Monash and Knox

13 October 2017 | 09:30AM

The Pathways for Carers project offers carers of people with a disability or mental illness an opportunity to share walks together and to learn more about news, services and supports available to carers.

The Pathways for Carers team are happy to announce that we are launching a new walk in the Monash/Knox area in October!

The first Monash/Knox walk will be held on:

Friday 13 October at 9.30am
Meet at Madeline's Cafe in Jells Park, Wheelers Hill

Please enter the park from the Waverley Road entrance and follow the signs for Madeline's cafe.

We will be joined on the walk by representatives from local organisations. Stay after the walk for a free coffee!

Walks will continue at this location on the second Friday of each month.

There's no need to book - just show up on the day!

For more information on this project, please download the Pathways for Carers Monash and Knox Walks flyer (pdf, 2MB).

Pathways for Carers walks are currently offered in Maroondah, Yarra Ranges, Manningham and Boroondara and are supported by Uniting lifeAssist.
