Parenting Adolescents

A 6 week program for parents or carers that aim to help develop a better understanding of the challenges of being an adolescent as well as exploring the challenges of parenting an adolescent.

Who’s in Charge?

An 8 week program for parents or carers of children and young people aged 8 – 17 who are disrespectful, out of control, violent or defiant. It is expected that parents will feel less stressed and more in control by the end of the program. Violence and abusive behaviour has decreased and an increase in respect.

RECHARGE

Fortnightly parenting follow up sessions for parents who have completed the Who’s in Charge/Parenting Adolescents program. Recharge will provide parents with the opportunity to further enhance skills that will assist them to remain confident and connected to their children.
