Halcyon Adult Day Care Centre

Dementia program

The Halcyon Adult Day Care Centre is located in the Glen Waverley Golf Course site at 915 Waverley Road, Glen Waverley.

It provides a specialist day program for people living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia/memory loss and disability. A weekly session for younger adults with disabilties is held on Wednesday evenings.

The centre provides opportunities for people to socialise, engage in recreational activities and visit places of interest.

While people are enjoying themselves at the centre, their carers can enjoy some respite time knowing their loved ones are being cared for.

The centre operates Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm excluding public holidays.

It is funded under the Home and Community Care program (HACC) and is managed by Monash Council.

If you would like to discuss the centre and its activities please call 9561 8282.
