Research has shown that the best way to manage graffiti is to Prevent, Report, and Remove.

  • Prevent - Keep your property clean, tidy and free of rubbish.
  • Report - Report graffiti on your property to Vic Police so they can build up a database, this will assist in finding the people who are committing graffiti. If you see someone in the act of committing graffiti, call Victoria Police immediately on 000.
  • Remove - Aim to remove graffiti from your property within 48 hours. Graffiti attracts graffiti; by removing it promptly, graffiti is less likely to reoccur.
