When we collect your rubbish

Your bin is collected on the same day every week.

On public holidays, bins will be collected as normal.

You will be able to find services and information specifically for your area, including bin collection dates and annual hard waste collections.

Customer service guarantees

  • We will not receive any more than 120 reports of uncollected bins per month. This target is well above industry standards
  • We will provide a bin within two working days of you requesting one
  • We will repair a bin within three to five days of you reporting it to us. Once you have reported a damaged bin, please leave the bin out on the kerb so we can access it
  • If we miss your garbage on your collection day, please call us within 24 hours and we will return to collect it. Call: 9518 3555
  • For example if your collection day is Friday, please report to us by 5pm Monday to have your bin collected within 48 hours.
