Equipment: Pull-up bars, Push-up bars, Sit-up board, Aerobic Stepper, Parallel bars.

Beginner Workout

3 Rounds

  • 5x push ups (high push-up bars)
  • 5x step ups on each leg (aerobic stepper)
  • 5x pull-ups (parallel bars)

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Intermediate Workout

4 Rounds

  • 10x sit-ups (sit-up board)
  • 10x jumping pull-ups (pull-up bars)
  • 10x jumping triceps dips (parallel bars)
  • 10x step ups on each leg (aerobic stepper)

(Take 20-30 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Advanced Workout

4 Rounds

  • 10x sit-ups (sit-up board)
  • 10x pull-ups (pull-up bars)
  • 10x triceps dips (parallel bars)
  • 10x step-ups on each leg (aerobic stepper)
  • 10 push-ups (push-up bars)
