Urgent incidents

For urgent incidents outside business hours or on public holidays, call Council's main phone number.

Follow the prompts to transfer to our after-hours service if the issue is happening now and is dangerous, or could cause damage or disruption, such as:

• a blocked drain causing flooding
• a fallen tree or
• an animal emergency.

To report power outages or faulty street lights, please contact United Energy.
