Designed for beginners or those wanting to reconnect with the fundamentals, this structured program focuses on learning, understanding and building confidence in the basics of yoga.

Participants are guided step-by-step through essential postures, breathing techniques and alignment principles, creating a strong foundation for a safe and enjoyable practice.

Full program: $300 per person

Week-by-week progress

Week 1:  Introduction to yoga, breathwork, and alignment (seated) 
Week 2:  Joint mobility and core engagement
Week 3:  Foundations of kneeling
Week 4:  Foundations of standing and bending
Week 5:  Spinal mobility and twisting
Week 6:  Consolidate and intro to balance

 

Learn the fundamentals that matter

Participants will explore:

  • Foundational yoga poses and correct alignment
  • Breathing techniques to support movement and relaxation
  • Basic sequencing and flow
  • Tips for injury prevention and mindful movement

By the end of the program, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to continue your yoga journey with ease.
