Museum of Australian Photography (MAPh) is opening its doors wider than ever, inviting community groups, educators and students to take part in its engaging program of free guided tours.

Designed to make contemporary photography accessible to all, MAPh’s tours run daily and are tailored to suit a wide range of audiences - from general-interest clubs and community organisations to school groups and tertiary students across all disciplines.

Led by MAPh’s knowledgeable team - including curators, the Director, and education and engagement staff, each tour offers visitors a deeper understanding of the exhibitions on display. Participants gain unique behind-the-scenes insights into artistic practices, curatorial approaches and the cultural conversations shaping contemporary photography.
