The revaluations on all properties in Victoria annually. As part of the valuation process, property rental information is being collected from property owners, agents and tenants.
If you are selling a property, you will need a Land Information Certificate. They can also be used for refinancing purposes.
To ensure our property records are accurate and up to date, you must tell us of any change of name, address or ownership as soon as possible (Notice of Acquisition of an Interest in Land).
