Revenue and Rating Plan

The Financial Plan will have a 10-year horizon, with a series of financial statements and the performance indicators and the assumptions behind these.

Each year a Long-term Financial Plan (LTFP) is presented to Council as part of the process to prepare the Draft Budget, covering a 10-year financial planning timeframe.

This plan is currently under development.

Rating and Revenue Plan

The Rating and Revenue Plan provides a 4-year plan to guide how Council will generate income to deliver on our Council Plan, programs, services and capital works commitments.

It does this by providing a strategic framework for revenue calculation and collection, ensuring financial sustainability.

Integrated Planning

At its June 2025 meeting, Council adopted the Community Vision, Council Plan, Health and Wellbeing Plan, Asset Plan and Rating and Revenue Plan, which sets out the key objectives Council wishes to achieve.
