The Active Outdoors program is designed to support people of different ages, abilities and fitness levels to stay active, build confidence and connect with others in a friendly environment.

From social walking and inclusive training sessions to youth fitness and early morning bootcamp options, there is something for everyone this month

Active Abilities Small Group Training

Join our safe, welcoming and low-sensory environment for people living with disability aged 16+.

Dawn2Dusk Membership Add-On

Sessions are ideal for members looking to build strength, improve fitness or enjoy exercising with like-minded people. Not a member yet? Join up!

Dementia Friendly Group Class

Classes are designed for people with early-stage dementia to move and exercise in a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment

Active Youth

Gitness and fundamental movement skills through engaging activities tailored for different ages and abilities

Walking Group

A free, social, low‑impact activity at the Monash Aquatic & Recreation Centre in Glen Waverley.
