Beginner Workout

3 Rounds

  • 5x slow half range sit-ups (sit-up board)
  • 5x jumping pull-ups (pull-up bars)

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Intermediate Workout

3 Rounds

  • 10x slow half range sit-ups (sit-up board)
  • 10x jumping pull-ups (pull-up bars)

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Advanced Workout

3 Rounds

  • 10 x full range sit-ups (sit-up board)
  • 10x pull-ups (pull-up bars)

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
