Equipment: Balance beam, Monkey bars, Obstacle frame, Pull-up bars, Push-up bars, Sit-up board, Parallel bars.

Beginner Workout

3 Rounds

  • 2x obstacle frame (up and down)
  • 5x push-ups (high push-up bar)
  • 5x pull-ups (parallel bars)

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Intermediate Workout

3 Rounds

  • 10x pull-ups (parallel bars)
  • 10x push-ups (high push-up bar)
  • 10x sit-ups (low sit-up board)
  • 1x through balance beam

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Advanced Workout

3 Rounds

  • 10x pull-ups (parallel bars)
  • 10x push-ups (low push-up bar)
  • 10x sit-ups (high sit-up board)
  • 2x through monkey bars
