Beginner Workout

3 Rounds

  • 2 mins elliptical
  • 2 mins fit rider
  • 100m walk to parallel bars

2 Rounds

  • 5x pull-ups (parallel bars)
  • 100m walk to obstacle frame

2 Rounds

  • 2x through obstacle frame (up and down)

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Intermediate Workout

3 Rounds

  • 2 mins elliptical
  • 2 mins fit rider
  • 100m run to parallel bars

3 Rounds

  • 10x pull-ups (parallel bars)
  • 100m run to pull-up bars

3 Rounds

  • 5x jumping pull ups

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Advanced Workout

3 Rounds

  • 2 mins elliptical peddling forwards
  • 2 mins elliptical peddling backwards
  • 100m run to parallel bars

3 Rounds

  • 10x triceps dips (parallel bars)
  • 10x pull-ups (parallel bars)
  • 100m run to pull-up bars

3 Rounds

  • 10x pull-ups
  • 100m run to monkey bars

3 Rounds

  • 2x through monkey bars
