Monash Youth Music Festival

The Monash Youth Music Festival is a significant annual music festival held on the lands of the Wurundjeri People in the leafy City of Monash, Victoria Australia. This Festival draws well over a thousand young musicians from all over Melbourne each August to compete in forty-seven disciplines including Ensemble and Choral competitions and solo instrumental competitions. There are six non-competitive mini recitals as well for performance experience, or for those who have not entered an eisteddfod or music festival before.

Entries opened on 24 April 2025. Entries will close on 8 June 2025.

The cost of entry for performers to the festival is $27 per solo performer, and $55 per Ensemble or Choir.
