Connecting Teens

Connecting Teens is a social inclusion and life skills development program for socially isolated young people (aged 12-18), who are neurodivergent- such as autistic/ADHD, and similar conditions.

We have qualified facilitators that create a safe and supported space for teenagers to foster friendships and learn social and life skills.
