Women face unique health challenges throughout every stage of life. Our next Clayton Church of Christ's Embrace Women’s Ministry event is all about opening up that conversation. The Women’s Table: Health & Hormones is an informative and encouraging event for women, designed to shed light on the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of women’s health.

Hosted by Eugenia Fah, this special gathering will feature presentations from passionate female medical professionals—including Dr Val Cole (GP), Dr Anne Wong (GP), Dr Maxine Cheung (Psychiatrist) and Rachael Schroder (Physiotherapist)—with practical tips, honest insights, and time for questions. Gentle movement sessions and light refreshments will be included throughout the day to help create a relaxed and engaging environment.

This event is for women 18+ only, but we encourage everyone to help spread the word. Men, if you have sisters, aunties, cousins, or female friends who would benefit from this conversation, we’d love for you to pass this on.
