Multicultural Women's Mental Health session

In this session, a friendly educator from the Multicultural Centre for Women's Health will be covering:

• Talking about mental health
• Managing mental health 
• Navigating the mental health system in Victoria

Free food and drinks will be provided during the session.

Joining this session in-person will also give you the opportunity to join a free fitness class (class pass given to the first nine participants who register and attend the session in-person).

To find the courtyard room, enter through the glass doors of the centre and into the small courtyard area. The room is located to one side of the courtyard. Free car parking is available on-site.
