The Art Of Cheese

Join Barry Roberts AKA Barry the Cheeseman for a workshop to learn how to make your own Ricotta, Paneer, Mozzarella and Express Halloumi at home!

Participants will learn how to make these cheeses using ingredients that you will most likely have in your fridge or pantry. Recipes will be provided so you can try making them at home. You will also sample the cheeses that are made during the workshops and share a cheese.
