Women's Health Week 2023

We’re proud to be supporting Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week, which runs from 4-8 September 2023.

This year’s theme, ‘Grow Your Knowledge’, is about supporting women to make informed decisions about their health with information that's easy to understand.

Women and Heart Health

Join the team from Monash Council and Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health for a free morning tea and information session on women and heart health.

Understanding Menopause  

(Session delivered in English)

Hear from health experts from Women’s Health South East and Monash Health talking all things menopause and how our bodies change as we age.

We’ll cover:  

• What menopause is and why we should be talking about it
• How menopause can affect your body and daily life
• Support available for managing menopause symptoms.
