Maintenance is a common cause of dispute between retail tenants and landlords.
In this webinar, the Victorian Small Business Commissioner Lynda McAlary-Smith will outline the rights and responsibilities of retail tenants and landlords with regards to property maintenance (Retail Leases Act 2003).

The Victorian Small Business Commission receives hundreds of applications every year for assistance to resolve dispute related to maintenance of the retail premises. This session will draw upon lessons from the most common disputes and misunderstandings.
