This class combines breathing techniques, postures (initially flowing slowly, thereby strengthening and lengthening muscles), then transitioning to predominantly floor-based Yin postures that are held for extended periods of time - approx. 3 mins in this class - targeting deep connective tissues.

Various options and props are offered to enable students to make this their own practice and to get the most benefits.

Each class finishes with a guided relaxation.
