Get involved in a weeding and planting afternoon followed by cup of tea or coffee and biscuit. A great way to connect with like-minded people while helping the environment.

Bring or wear: gardening clothes, gardening gloves, small weeding fork (if already have), hat for sunshade, closed shoes, drinking water.

Physical activity: not strenuous, but some kneeling is necessary.
