Solar for Council Buildings

Solar panels

Council has installed over 600kW of solar capacity across key buildings including:

  • 220kW – Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre
  • 200kW – Clayton Community Centre
  • 90kW – Monash Operations Centre
  • 80kW – Monash Civic Centre
  • 80kW - Bogong Car Park

The initiative harnesses solar energy as a clean and renewable source of electricity, reducing our energy bills and mitigating greenhouse gas emissions.
