Launch Session - 1 February
Drummies Bridge Reserve - 9am-10am
Fitness assessment and challenge.
Midpoint Session - 1 March
Dandenong Ranges, Basin Theatre Walk - 9.15am for 9.30am start
Endurance and teamwork excursion (approx 1.5-2hrs).
Finale Session - 29 March
Drummies Bridge Reserve - 9am-10am
Final fitness assessment and fun team competition and awards.

- Motivation & Nutrition seminar
- Live online Q&A Session (recorded for non-attenders)
Scoring and Rewards
Teams earn points for attendance, engagement, team spirit, and education. Individuals from the winning team will win a $50 voucher at the end of the challenge.
