Drawing up plans for Wheelers Hill playgrounds

We've created draft concept plans for playspaces on View Mount Road and Jacaranda Road in Wheelers Hill, drawing on ideas you shared earlier this year.

Now we want to hear what local residents think!

If you live near View Mount Road Reserve or Jacaranda Road Reserve, visit Shape Monash and share your feedback on the concept plans by Sunday 14 December 2025.

Free fitness equipment

The plans also include outdoor fitness hubs, which offer residents free outdoor exercise opportunities in their neighbourhood.

These will be installed by mid-2026 as part of a separately funded project.

Funding for the building of the playspaces will be considered in Council’s 2026/27 annual budget process. We will update the Shape Monash page if funding is successful.
