Monash’s parks and gardens are home to a range of free or low‑cost outdoor fitness activities in February.

From high‑energy workouts to gentle movement, there are different ways for people to get active in a social environment.

  • Fit Circuit – Strength, cardio and functional movement sessions in Glen Waverley and Clayton. $5 per class.
  • Yoga in the Park – A calm, beginner‑friendly class focused on balance and mobility at Central Reserve in Glen Waverley. $5 per class.
  • Seniors Circuit – Gentle, adaptable exercises supporting strength and confidence at Carlson Reserve in Clayton. $5 per class.
  • Walking Group – A free, social, low‑impact activity at the Monash Aquatic & Recreation Centre in Glen Waverley. Free.

Sessions are held outdoors, with indoor alternatives if needed for the weather.
