Road closures on Coleman Parade, Glen Waverley

Work on Monash Council’s reconstruction of Coleman Parade in Glen Waverley will result in a full closure of Coleman Parade, between Avendon Boulevard and Carramar Avenue, from Monday 16 February until Tuesday 3 March.

  • Traffic management measures will direct vehicles to detours in place and ensure that pedestrians can safely walk past the construction site. Detours will be clearly signed and marked.
  • Residents living in this section of Coleman Parade, Kinnoull Grove or Winter Way, will be able to access their property with support from the traffic management team onsite. This will include any emergency vehicle access required during the road closure.
  • Avendon Boulevard residents will be able to access the estate from Coleman Parade via Blackburn Road only.
  • Syndal railway station car park will remain open and accessible from Blackburn Road.
