Mulgrave Community Centre

Mulgrave Community Centre has 2 halls that can be combined to accommodate up to 215 people or partitioned depending on your group size.

They cannot be hired separately for simultaneous bookings.

The large hall can accommodate up to 140 people on its own and has a timber floor, stage (up to 20 people) and wi-fi - making it ideal for larger functions.

It also has a commercial kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, steam oven, grill plate, microwave and hot water urn.

The large hall has a 10.30pm curfew on all music, and no live music can be played.

Council halls - booking enquiry

Please note, booking request does not confirm your booking until a Halls Officer has made contact with you and required documents have been provided.

Hire Conditions

Please note that most of our venues require hirers to provide proof of $20 million public liability insurance or purchase occasional public liability insurance from Council.

Council assesses all applications to hire its venues and has the right to refuse an application or place additional conditions (such as security, increased bond for events considered to be high risk).

Hire Cost

Community hire: $34.40 an hour

Commercial or private hire: $60.00 an hour
