Active Communities - Outdoors Personal Training

Active Communities Personal Training (ACTP) is a flexible, roaming personal training service that brings fitness into welcoming, accessible spaces across our community.

From quiet studios to local parks, poolside areas to open gym floors, you choose the environment that suits you best.

If you’ve been enjoying your Outdoor Group Sessions but feel like you need extra guidance or a more personalised approach to achieve your goals, ACPT might be the perfect next step.

ACPT offers tailored programming, focused support, and accountability to help you move beyond plateaus and fast-track your results — whether your goal is strength, weight loss, fitness, or overall wellbeing.

Fit Circuit

Fit Circuit offers a supportive, full-body workout designed for all fitness levels. Sessions combine strength, cardio and functional movements in a welcoming group environment, with options provided so everyone can participate at their own pace.

Classes are delivered outdoors. If weather conditions are unsuitable (rain/heat), sessions will continue indoors in a nearby pavilion.
