Oakleigh is set to welcome a brand-new vibrant art trail that reflects the precinct's unique cultural identity.
The trail will bring together Oakleigh’s existing public art collection and creative wayfinding, alongside new projections, lightboxes, murals and major artwork.
The trail will reflect the strong multicultural identity of Oakleigh's businesses, particularly its iconic Greek precinct, and will offer a unique and an immersive way to experience the area's creative, cultural and culinary offering, strengthening its appeal as a unique visitor destination.
The project is expected to open 2027 and is thanks to funding from the Victorian Government’s Multicultural Business Precinct Revitalisation Program and a contribution by Monash Council.
