The Waverley Film Society starts its 2026 program with screening the 1958 classic Vertigo. Directed by Alfred Hitchcock this psychological thriller is a must see. It stars Kim Novak and James Stewart.
A former detective, with his own troubles, is hired to trail a woman who is acting strangely. He falls for her, and they both become figures in a complex plot. A plot he is determined to find the truth about.
Vertigo (1958) is rated PG.
Waverley Film Society meets at 7:30pm on the 2nd Wednesday of the month (except January). Screening starts 7:40pm
