Argyle Reserve playspace now open

Argyle Reserve’s playspace upgrade in Hughesdale is now complete, offering a refreshed local space for play, activity and relaxation.

The new layout caters to a range of ages and abilities, with a mix of play equipment, informal fitness opportunities and improved amenities for families and visitors. Thoughtful landscaping and accessible paths help make the space easy to use and enjoy year-round.

The playground new equipment includes:

• Timber play unit
• Three-bay swing set, including a nest swing
• Inclusive spinner
• Scramble net and log climbing elements
• Obstacle course for older children
• Fitness station and table tennis table
• Accessible paths, new turf, garden beds and soft-fall surfaces
• Picnic shelter with seating

The upgraded playspace provides a simple, welcoming setting for everyday play and casual catch-ups in the park.
