Fit Circuit

Fit Circuit offers a supportive, full-body workout designed for all fitness levels. Sessions combine strength, cardio and functional movements in a welcoming group environment, with options provided so everyone can participate at their own pace.

Classes are delivered outdoors. If weather conditions are unsuitable (rain/heat), sessions will continue indoors in a nearby pavilion.

Thursdays: 4, 11, 18 and 25 June

 

Seniors Circuit

Seniors Circuit is designed specifically for older adults, focusing on improving strength, balance, mobility and overall confidence. Exercises are gentle, functional and adaptable, supporting everyday movement and independence.

Classes are delivered outdoors. If weather conditions are unsuitable (rain/heat), sessions will continue indoors in a nearby pavilion.

Walking Group

Walking Group is a low-impact, social way to stay active while connecting with others. Walks are guided, inclusive and paced to suit a range of abilities, making them ideal for anyone looking to move more in a supportive environment.

6‑Week Yoga Development Program – Level 1

10 June – 16 July

A structured 6-week Yoga Development Beginner Program designed to build strong foundations in yoga technique, breathwork, alignment, and mobility The program includes 2 sessions per week (12 total sessions), each 60 minutes long, and follows a progressive weekly plan. After completing the program, participants will develop a strong sense of grounding, improved understanding of breathwork, and increased joint mobility, enabling them to confidently use these skills to enhance their ongoing yoga practice.

DAWN2DUSK Membership

From Camp Dawn to Dawn2Dusk - Keep the Momentum Going

Camp Dawn — Winter Reset (May – June) is in full swing, with early mornings at ORC bringing energy, structure and a strong sense of community. Designed to kickstart routine and build consistency, participants are already feeling the benefits committing to regular, coached sessions through the colder months.

But what happens when Camp Dawn finishes?

Introducing Dawn2Dusk

We're excited to launch Dawn2Dusk launching on 1 July – a brand new membership add-on designed to carry your momentum forward across the year.

Think:

  • 6am coached sessions every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • A complete bootcamp experience blending strength, cardio and Box Fit
  • Structured, progressive programming to build real results
  • A supportive group environment focused on accountability
  • Designed for all fitness levels

Dawn2Dusk is the natural next step after Camp Dawn. We'll help you lock in your routine, stay motivated and continue progressing without the guesswork.
