I have been attending the Yoga in the Park sessions throughout January and February and absolutely loved them! The added feature of being outdoors has added to the experience. The yoga instructor, Shivali, is amazing. Every session has been different, covering a range of yoga poses and breath techniques with her encouragingly guiding us in a warm, friendly environment. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity.

Thank you very much for offering this class, having it set up so there is the option to workout outside and inside and holding it at such an affordable price. I have booked for the 2 remaining classes for March.
